All...since much of our mule problems seem to be related to the worlds
it seems to me, as Fleet 11 Treasurer, that the cost of repairs should
be covered by World $. I know Rick will be working through the final
numbers with CYC and will provide a report on all dollars collected and
expended.  
 
I think that we will see a surplus and look forward to seeing these
reports.  At that point we will be in a position to evaluate proper
distribution of funds to CYC and Fleet 11.

Mule #2 is non-functional. Per Rick, one of the Aussie teams may have
hot wired it to use it. Unfortunately they left it not running at all.
Per my instruct, Rick got Don Ritter to drive it to Indiana today. It
will not be here for the weekend.
 
One of the mules has marginal batteries. The machine was running out of
power after an hour of use. I don't know if it is #1 or #2. (That is why
I marked them.)  That said, whenever the mule we have is not in use,
please take it back to the shed and plug it in. Look under the handle
where the charger is and be sure the red and/or green LED's are on. I
have asked Ultrafab to load test the batteries in the #2 unit while they
have it.
 
As long as we are talking about the mules, we all need to be totally
cognizant of where the mules are. If you are finished with it, don't
assume that someone else on the pad is going to use it and put it away.
Ask them if they are going to use it. If no one says "leave it for me",
put it away.
 
Lastly, during the worlds, the combination to the shed was changed to
1103. I have not changed it back. So the combination is 1103. I think we
should change the combinations occasionally as too many people end up
with it.
 
The cranes are now 1979. They are out of my purview, so I have not and
will not change them without Kent's permission. The gates are still
1926.
