[etchells-fleet11-members] Fleet Meeting Reminder

This is a reminder that our fleet meeting/potluck is scheduled for this
Saturday, 3-7pm.  Bartime to follow (I will be celebrating my 40th with some
friends from college at a nearby bar and would love to have some of the
fleet join). We all get bonus points if Aaron will sings karaoke.

*Location: 4915 N. Bell, Chicago*

I'm intending to make some red beans & rice, and jambalaya.  Bring something
if you like.

To date, I have regrets from Basler, Sidell and Altman (but will phone in),
and positive responses from Bernhardt, Ehrhart, Gavin, Housten, and Somers.


In short, we would seem to have a bit of a quorum issue.  If you are
intending to come, but are not on this list, please let me know.  If someone
will be acting as your proxy please let me know.  I'm not inclined to
reschedule the party, but in a worst case we can try to have a standalone
meeting at some other time (our bylaws require by the end of May 31, so
probably after racing one day).

I don't believe we have any major issues to vote on at this meeting.  Items
for discussion include:
-New Fleet Members
-Treasurers Report
-2009 racing schedule
-2009 Mandatory RC participation
-Seminar weekend on May 30/31
-2009 Fleet Building
-2009 Pad issues
-Potential schedule modifications for 2010
-Mules
-Etchells Annual Cruise

Please let me know if there are any other adgenda items that you would like
added to this list.
