Dear fellow Fleet Captains:  I believe that this is the correct distribution
group; if this is received in error, please pardon the bother.  I am Fleet
Captain for the San Diego Etchells this year, and we have just posted  the
NOR's and online sign up at this link below for the Etchells Midwinters West
Regatta.   This is traditionally a well attended event, and should be a
great three day regatta at the end of March.  If you could put out this
announcement to your fleet members so that they can check their calendars
for March 27/28/29 and make plans to join us, that would be great.

advance, thanks for passing this on.  As the schedule ramps up here with our
fleet hosting the NA's in 2010 and the Worlds in 2011, we hope to keep the
