I don't know if he's on the listserv but I told him this personally on Saturday:
 I thought Rick did an outstanding job as PRO.  He was on top of the very
dynamic and challenging weather we were seeing and communicated well what he was
thinking about it.  I would be very happy to see him standing on the deck of
Carrier for future OD races.

P.S.  We took our time at the first windward mark of the abandoned race as
45:51.  I can't see anywhere that we could have made up that 51 seconds.  And
would we really have wanted to keep going in that race anyway?  As we saw, it
only got worse (until it got WAY better 2 hours later).
