I will act as liaison between all parties as per 
Bow's request, all communications should go through me.  I will also talk 
wit Tom Duggan in a few weeks.  We have preliminary assignments, Rick has 
made some comments which we will attempt to fulfill, i.e. re-arranging some of 
the port and starboard signal boat personnel. 
  
I am leaving on vacation Monday returning May 
1st and will not do anything prior to then.  There is no need to focus 
on this anymore. 
  
Rick, I have your requests and understand them, and 
to the extent we are able to implement them we absolutely will, but if I put 
only the people you sent me we would have an incomplete RC.  We also have 
to assume that some people will cancel for various reasons and we need to have 
extras in case of bad weather etc. 
  
I am officially off the air until May

Joe,  

On April 10th we met and you assured me that you 
  would solve the Bow Lingle Etchells Worlds RC issue at that meeting.  It 
  was not and you gave Bow until April 14th before you would address 
  this issue.  

On April 13th I met with the Etchells Fleet 11 and 
  gave my Worlds report and fully informed my fleet of the RC issue concerning 
  Bow Lingle.  

Etchells Fleet 11 has for 2!/2  years worked to be able 
  to provide a professional World Championship.  That continuity has been 
  interrupted, and we truly wish to reestablish that forward flow.  

We are all waiting to hear from you regarding the outcome of 
  the April 14th deadline.
