Attached is a form for the procedure for nominations for the upcoming election for the 2009-2010 International Governing Council of the IECA. An additional attachment is the biographical form,which is also to be completed by those nominated. 
 
The US Association is the largest national association in our Etchells world. It is in our best interest to nominate candidates who can be elected and also have vision to lead our class ,not only in the USA,but all Etchells fleets worldwide.
 
Please return all forms to the US Association office by September 25,2008.
