[etchells-fleet11] Fwd: Race Courses

Some thoughts on the subject:
1. If the Etchells class is not adopting courses other than W-L, we probably
shouldn¹t either.
2. At this point it¹s probably better to keep the RC focused on running good
W-L courses let¹s not distract them.
3. Adding additional course configurations will likely have no effect
whatsoever on OD fleet recruiting or retention rates.
4. If one wants reaching courses, they¹re available at Belmont every Wed
evening throughout the summer.
5. It¹s not broken it doesn¹t need fixing.
