[etchells-fleet11] Sponsorship opportunity for fleet 11

The income is certainly attractive, but given that the fleet has no legal
entity status we may be inviting problems (e.g. tax) for the fleet and its
members by accepting outside/unrelated commercial income. I vote no.   RB
