[etchells-fleet11] Etchells Class membership

I am happy to say that we are doing better on this.  Better but not perfect.  We
now have forms representing 13 boats.  The bigger issue now is payment.  Many
who have filled out a form have not submitted payment.  I know that some people
have had trouble with the e-mail from Chase making it through their spam
filters.  I apologize for that but there isn't a lot I can do about it.  The
bottom line is that I need to receive payment by this Thursday in order to submt
your name as a "Member" of the class.  If you are unable to make the online
payment work, You'll need to drop a check in the mail to me.  Probably by
Tuesday at the latest if that is the option you want to use.
