[etchells-fleet11] Fleet 11 Membership Update

I think we can chalk this one up as a valiant effort, but a failed one.
Thanks for trying Aaron, but it seems the man is trying to keep us down.

The system does seem to work pretty well if you have a Chase checking
account already, so it that is your situation and you haven't paid up yet
please do so.  Otherwise please send Aaron your checks.
