[etchells-fleet11] Fleet Meeting (and a couple other items)

As a reminder our fleet meeting is next Wednesday, April 7th at Monroe, 6
pm.  I've attached an agenda as well as minutes from our fall meeting.

A couple of other items:
-You can see on the agenda that I have a Spring Mixer noted for Thursday May
6th at Weber Grill.  The idea is that this is a mixer event and could be
used as a way to try to introduce new people to the fleet.  There has been
some back and forth on the date.  My intention would be that this is a cash
bar, but with fleet supplied appetizers.  I think I'm going to need to
expand my $200 budget to go that route. I'm proposing $1000 as a limit for
this event, but I believe that will be more than sufficient. Does the fleet
agree with this use of funds?  Does the fleet agree with this event?
Particularly if you oppose, I'd appreciate if you could get back with me
quickly.

-I've also added a pad cleanup day for May 1 (Saturday).  The basic idea
being to get some of the accumulated detritus of the past couple of years
off the pad. We could turn this into a chili cookoff or something as well if
there is interest.

-Finally, Alli and I are planning to attend the Spring Equinox (delayed
slightly) Ball on April 10.  If anyone else is planning to go and would like
to set up an Etchells table, let me know.
